Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking experienced and dedicated support workers to join our team in providing 24-hour care to three young adults with autism.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
  • Build positive relationships with the people you support, empowering them to make informed choices using their preferred communication methods.
  • Support individuals to participate in activities they enjoy, such as day trips, local events, shopping, and holidays.
  • Assist with tasks that enable individuals to maintain their homes, including paying bills and making important decisions.
  • Collaborate with each person, their family, support network, and health professionals to provide holistic support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a social care setting.
  • Full UK driving license for manual vehicles.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
