Job Title: Lead Educator

About the Role:
At Day One Early Learning Centres, we are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Lead Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for overseeing the educational programmes and provision of quality care for your designated group. Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for education and a strong background in early childhood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programmes and curriculum that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other educators to identify best practices and align them with organisational goals.
  • Stay updated with current educational trends and research to continuously improve our programmes.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily experiences.
  • Manage educational resources and materials, ensuring they are accessible and effective.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in early childhood education and care.
  • Experience in curriculum development and programme management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
