As a valued member of our dental team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and assistance in various procedures. You will have the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills with the support of a collaborative team.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our Campbelltown team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
  • Delivering outstanding dental care and service excellence
  • Maintaining instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
  • Offering patient advice and guidance
  • Fostering professional relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Handling telephone calls and enquiries
  • Booking appointments and supporting administrative tasks

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience as a dental assistant (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A Cert III in Dental Assisting or three or more years' experience in dental assisting (preferred)
