Salary: Circa $67,000 + super + NFP salary packaging benefits (up to $15,900 per year) PLUS meal and entertainment card

This role as an Employment Consultant in our Ex-Offenders Program is a challenging yet fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives and communities. As part of our team, you'll manage a diverse caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling while forging partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in securing sustainable employment through retraining and upskilling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to create job opportunities
  • Manage a varied and active caseload, prioritizing client needs and meeting KPIs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills and digital literacy
  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Resilience and conflict resolution skills
