Your Opportunity

As a Junior Engineer, you will provide support to a highly experienced team in assisting achievement of the required project objectives.

Key activities you will be involved in include:

  • Monitoring key construction requirements and implementing prompt corrective action if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications.
  • Managing subcontractors and suppliers work.
  • Managing the verification of conformance for works under control (quality, safety, environment).
  • Maintaining all relevant project document control and records.
  • Managing temporary works design and ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained.

Our estimated annual salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • A strong interest in innovation and how to use technology to improve the way we deliver projects.
  • The ability to communicate, advise, and present confidently.

  • Deliver high-quality outcomes, be outcome-driven, and self-motivated.
