Role Overview

We are a national therapy services provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of NDIS participants by promoting their access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable members of the community by acting as an advocate and role model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans to promote positive behaviour change
  • Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilizing a positive behaviour support framework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices
  • Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc
  • Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve outstanding service delivery
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (OT/Speech/Social Work)
  • Experience creating, implementing and reviewing behaviour support plans
  • Core, Proficient, advanced or specialist status as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
