**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operator to join our team at Blackwater Quarries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of heavy equipment, including 980M Sales loaders, 35-90t Excavators, 50-100t Rear dump trucks, HR Water trucks, and Finlay mobile crushing plants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate and maintain mobile plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with a 5-person team to achieve safe and quality outcomes
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards and implement controls
  • Submit accurate and concise daily work records in a timely manner
  • Deliver crushing schedules efficiently, meeting or exceeding delivery standards
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and assets
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of quarry products and specifications
