Information Security Threat Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Threat Analyst to join our team.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and analyzing security alerts from various security tools to identify and assess potential threats.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to coordinate responses to security incidents and support remediation efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to provide regular updates to management and contribute to the development of high-quality security reports, playbooks, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship is required due to clearance requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a security analytics role with demonstrated expertise in security tools and technologies such as SOAR, SIEM, and EDR
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills are essential
- Experience with Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, and other relevant technologies is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are required to evaluate security incidents and determine the appropriate course of action
