About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our Narrabeen Store team.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless product movement and inventory management, maintaining a safe working environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and best practices
• Manage stock levels, conducting regular checks to prevent discrepancies and damage
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
• Provide outstanding customer experiences, answering questions and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

• A current valid forklift licence is essential for this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• An eagerness to learn about products and services, demonstrating a passion for helping others
• The availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
