We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front of House Casual to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our venues are well-stocked and ready to impress.

  • To deliver top-tier service and create unforgettable guest experiences by engaging with our guests and providing an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Drive sales on every shift by upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement through friendly communication and expert advice.
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the venue.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Uniqueness and passion for fun and creativity.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, and a love for building customer rapport.
  • The ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights.
  • Valid RSA and WWCC certificates or willingness to obtain them.
