About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our high-performing maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our FMCG facility and its building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform timely maintenance and repairs to meet internal customer expectations.
  • Supervise contractors with a focus on safety.
  • Manage the completion of GMP and QA maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and lead facility capital projects from ideation to implementation.
About You

You will be a trade-qualified professional with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in building operations, facility support, and/or manufacturing site maintenance. Prior supervisory experience with management and external stakeholders is required for this role.

You will also possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment in difficult and/or emergency situations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CMMS software is a must.
