We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at CYOS Solutions. As a key member of our Agile Delivery Teams, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of ICT projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small teams to develop plans and schedules, ensuring projects deliver value aligned with our business needs.
  • Manage allocated resources to execute deliverables on time, within budget, and to a high quality.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and team meetings, identifying and resolving issues, and mitigating and managing risk.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and executives to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with business partners and vendors.
  • Contribute to portfolio and program management, including preparing reports and documentation.
  • Coach and mentor staff to uplift organisational capability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing ICT projects.
  • Ability to lead small teams and provide clear direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work with limited direction and adapt to changing team and stakeholder needs.
Desirable Criteria
  • Tertiary qualifications or industry recognised certification in Management, Project Management, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated work experience managing large-scale ICT transformation programs in an Australian Government setting.
