Job Details

We are seeking experienced schedulers to work with our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling experience in an aged care or acute care setting, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, monitoring, and maintaining accurate client rosters.
  • Managing and maintaining up-to-date client care records.
  • Collaborating with our care staff to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and carers.
  • Generating reports and ensuring rosters adhere to industry guidelines.
