About The RoleThis full-time two-year graduate program is an outstanding opportunity for recent graduates to gain exposure to diverse sectors and work environments.
You will have the chance to work alongside a team of experienced professionals, collaborate on exciting projects, and develop a range of skills and knowledge.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical, and closure & remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Support: Provide assistance in project planning, design, and execution.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
- Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure innovative engineering solutions.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
- Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A tertiary degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Environmental Science.
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
- Prior student vacation/internship experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries is also highly desirable.
