Your Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Centre Manager to join our team at either AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs. As a Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, including staff management, customer service, and quality control.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the workshop production team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality repairs.
  2. Ensure accurate quoting, quality assurance, and vehicle management processes are in place.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Manage site profitability, prepare financial reports, and monitor key performance indicators.
  5. Develop and maintain a positive work environment, foster teamwork, and promote employee development.
  6. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS policies and procedures.
