Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing

About You

McLean Care is looking for a qualified individual who is caring and empathetic, and looking to contribute to their community. You will have a current Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and while previous experience working in an Aged Care setting is desirable, it is not a strict requirement for this role.

Essential Requirements:
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Aged)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and able to apply safe manual handling practices
  • Able to use a smartphone/tablet and learn new systems for work purposes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 2 Recent Managerial Referees
  • Police Clearance – we run one for you for free
  • Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude
