We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness in Australia.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a rolling 12-month marketing strategy across multiple brands, aligning with business objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of creative professionals to deliver high-quality content and assets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube for maximum ROI and conversions.
- Analyse campaign results, run A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights on CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Engage with the target audience through social media, events, and partnerships, building a strong community presence.
- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager in consumer-focused businesses.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale digital campaigns and interpreting campaign metrics.
- Ability to enforce brand guidelines and ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
- Experience leading and motivating creative professionals in content-driven marketing.
