About the Job:

This Senior Salesforce Architect position involves leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and its applications in various industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical strategies for Salesforce projects that meet business objectives.
  • Create detailed architectures, data models, and integration plans.
  • Leverage expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to ensure overall IT architecture alignment.
  • Implement effective governance, security, and compliance measures for Salesforce development.
  • Foster innovation in Salesforce solutions and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with Salesforce product updates and industry trends.
  • Offer strategic guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders on platform capabilities and future direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, particularly in core modules.
  • Exceptional skills in Salesforce customization, development, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce integration, including APIs and Azure AD/AWS preferred.
  • Successful collaboration with enterprise architects and project teams.
