Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate the coffee machine with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that every cup meets our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
