Front Desk Support Role

We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our Front Office team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and handle other needs.
  • Ensure a smooth departure process for guests, including handling and transporting their luggage.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and popular locations to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Support front office operations to deliver high service standards.
