High-Performance Software Developer Wanted

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on developing and implementing backend/server-side applications using C# as the primary development language.
The job entails collaborating closely with traders on developing high-performance C# trading applications, quantitative researchers on implementing trading models and signals, and other technology teams to develop integrated technical solutions for trading.
You will see how your contributions towards developing and supporting leading-edge hardware and software technologies make a firm-wide impact that makes us all smarter, faster, and better.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance focused on back-end development.
A track record or knowledge of market making or order routing systems development is critical.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.
In addition, experience in C++ and Python on Windows or Linux would be beneficial but not essential.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required.
Expert knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products is necessary for this role.
