DAD-Jones Lang LaSalle (QLD) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Valuation Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Public Sector Valuations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our position as the market leader for local and national Value and Risk Advisory consultancy services.

With a strong focus on client satisfaction and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate asset valuations and advice to our clients. Your analytical skills, combined with your ability to learn and effectively use new applications, will enable you to develop valuation reports and provide high-quality financial and sensitivity analysis.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your property valuation skills while working alongside experienced Directors in a dynamic and growing sector. You will have the chance to participate in specialised training and mentoring programs to support your progression towards Valuer Accreditation.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the public sector market and has a basic understanding of influences in this sector. If you have a keen eye for attention to detail, strong organisational and process-driven skills, and excellent computing skills, including advanced Excel, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the provision of timely, accurate asset valuations and advice to clients
  • To collaborate with senior team members on complex valuation projects
  • To undertake financial and sensitivity analysis
  • To compile and verify market evidence for reports and analysis
  • To provide direct assistance as required to enable the Public Sector Valuations team to effectively undertake its functions

Salary Package:

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated to be around AU$70,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. This salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in Brisbane.
