We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes using various kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and ovens. They will ensure impeccable presentation and consistent flavor in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and special dishes.
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Oversee kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
  • Proven experience as a chef for at least 2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
