Advanced Personnel Management is seeking a skilled Psychological Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

In this role, you will use your clinical expertise and skills to support clients in returning to work and achieving their goals. You will work closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to prevent workplace injuries and promote employee wellbeing.

  • Deliver psychological rehabilitation services to clients across various industries.
  • Conduct assessments and provide advice on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Develop and implement tailored programs to support clients in returning to work and achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

You'll also need to have:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
