About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team of professionals in a full-time and permanent position.
This is a key role responsible for maintaining good customer relationships, overseeing and assisting with customer queries and concerns, and managing the day-to-day customer service function.
Duties- Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution
- Oversee and assist with customer inquiries and complaints
- Process customer and supplier invoices using company software
- Provide regular customer summaries and reports
- Liaise with contractors and third parties to coordinate customer service outcomes
- Maintain accurate business records and perform account reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Coordinate personnel activities, including safety, training, and supervision
- Report to senior management to promote growth with customers and suppliers
- Customer service focused approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
