Wheel Aligner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to perform wheel alignments, tyre fitting, balancing, and general tyre servicing.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough tyre diagnostics, including checking tread depth, pressure, and condition.
  • Sell and recommend tyres to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Ensure safe use of tools and workshop equipment at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to build trust and loyalty with clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate wheel alignments using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers by providing expert advice and guidance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in tyre fitting and balancing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wheel alignment and tyre fitting is essential for this role.
  • A current and valid manual driver's licence is required for this position.
