About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to spearhead the identification and delivery of initiatives to optimise and streamline the current E2E procurement processes leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete quarterly process analysis to identify, evaluate, and pilot continuous improvement opportunities to streamline and automate through internally developed and off-the-shelf procurement solutions scaling successful projects across the Procurement team.
  • Collaborate intensively with IT to deliver optimal SAP Ariba configurations and potential S/4HANA migration.
  • Lead end-to-end process analysis, uncovering and prioritising areas for technology-driven improvement.
  • Champion change management across technology rollout, overcoming resistance, and designing tailored training.

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience within consulting or a large-scale corporation leading Procurement Technology Programs.
  • Knowledge of the Procurement Technology Landscape (broadly, includes AI use cases).
  • Deep knowledge of an end-to-end Non-Trade/Indirects Procurement Process.
  • SAP Ariba (functional knowledge to identify gaps and design solutions) and integration with S/4HANA.
