Data Analyst Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our staffing levels through data-driven forecasting and capacity planning. You will analyze key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and work closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to inform strategic decision-making
- Analyze and optimize scheduling processes to ensure effective resource allocation
- Design and implement reports that provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to enhance our reporting processes and tools. This includes automating workflows and developing advanced data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience roles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools
