Mental Health Care Specialist

South Metropolitan Health Service is seeking a pool of registered nurses to join their team at Fremantle Hospital.
- Provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care to patients
- Facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care
The successful candidate will be part of a mental health multidisciplinary team, working in a supportive environment with access to professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Current registration as a nurse practitioner or enrolled nurse
- Postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible working arrangements, including part-time and casual options
- Access to professional development opportunities, including study leave and assistance
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment
This is an open-ended recruitment pool for permanent full-time, permanent part-time, fixed-term full-time, fixed-term part-time, and casual appointments. The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and assess on a regular basis. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
