Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Eastern Creek. Our client is a leading manufacturer of PVC stabilizers, and we are looking for a skilled individual to work on our afternoon shift.

About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Operator who can work independently and as part of a team to operate and maintain process and packaging equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for weighing raw materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the quality of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weighing and measuring raw materials
  • Maintaining and operating process and packaging equipment
  • Quality checking products
  • Writing down batch numbers and operating a tablet/computer
  • Manual handling of up to 25kgs
  • Counterbalance forklift driving
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar industrial/chemical manufacturing environment
  • Physical fitness and ability to conduct manual handling duties
  • Experience handling powdered chemicals
  • Current forklift license (advantageous)
  • Chemical batching experience (advantageous)
  • Driver's license and own vehicle (no public transport available)
