We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bakery Manager in Training to join our team at Drakes Supermarkets.
About the Role
- As a Bakery Manager in Training, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of bakery staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
- You will be responsible for ordering and managing inventory, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to coach, train, and performance manage team members.

Requirements
