Job Description

Pharmacist Manager is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to take on a leadership role in our expanding group of community pharmacies. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications, maintaining inventory levels, and supervising a team of pharmacists and support staff. They will also be required to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, as well as contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
  • At least two years' experience working in a community pharmacy setting
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
