Developer of High-Performance Trading Systems

We are seeking a skilled engineer to develop our electronic trading infrastructure using cutting-edge technologies such as low-latency programming, FPGA technology, and machine learning.
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced engineer who wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced trading environment. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our trading platform, working closely with our trading and engineering teams to identify and solve complex problems.
About the Role:You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new trading strategies to optimizing existing ones. Key responsibilities include monitoring high-volume live trading and portfolio risk, contributing to the automated trading operations codebase, managing ongoing projects with various support teams, coordinating software and hardware upgrades, applying programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations, and resolving discrepancies with trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in a related field
- Strong software development skills in Python
- Working knowledge of Linux operating system
- Exceptional analytical abilities, strong communications skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisions
- Strong working knowledge of PNL and Risk reporting applications
- Familiarity with current market structure and regulatory developments
- Ability to comprehend and diagnose problems in complex real-time systems with minimal guidance
- Capacity to work equally well independently and as a member of a team
- Strong understanding of trading technology and fluency in technical concepts
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
