About the Opportunity
We are seeking skilled Speech Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team at Therapy Pro. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
As a Speech Therapist with Therapy Pro, you will have the autonomy to work from home and structure your day to suit your lifestyle. You will be supported by our experienced team and given the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise.
The Role
Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality therapy services and a commitment to empowering people, families, and communities to reach their potential. You will work collaboratively with our team to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change in your clients' lives.
What We Offer
We offer a highly competitive salary package up to $141,647 per annum, commensurate with experience. This includes:
- Up to $118,000 base salary
- 10.5% superannuation (e.g., $11,247 for top of award salary)
- Up to $8,400 performance bonus per annum (pro-rate for part-time)
- $4,000 professional development allowance per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
In addition, you will receive a vehicle allowance for travel costs, a phone, laptop, and iPad for work purposes, access to assessment and therapy tools, regular clinical supervision, and ongoing access to professional coaching and support.
