Job Title: Functional Consultant

Deliver high-impact SAP projects, with a specialization in SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of SuccessFactors applications.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their business needs.
  • Proactively identify and resolve system issues or bugs.
  • Possess strong consulting skills, including requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience of full cycle implementation of SAP Employee Central & Employee Central Time off modules.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience within the SAP SuccessFactors technical and functional.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player who works well with other team members.
  • SAP Employee Central & SAP Employee Central Time Off certification required.
