Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position will have a flair for visual merchandising and be able to create engaging store displays that showcase our products.


Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator who will be responsible for:

  • Managing promotion displays and product placement in-store
  • Maintaining store standards, including presentation, merchandising, and planogram changes
  • Processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing, as well as ensuring the showroom is well stocked
  • Providing excellent customer service and advice
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, bend, and climb
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
