About Our Trade Counter Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team in Claremont.

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product information
  • Offer quotes both in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities to maintain high standards of inventory management
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using company vehicles, adhering to safety guidelines

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, with a passion for helping customers
  • Can accurately process orders, manage shop floor displays, and provide accurate information
  • Is proficient in computer systems and willing to learn new technologies
  • Hold a clean, valid driver's license and is open to working varied shifts, including weekends
