Dedicated Support Professional

We are seeking a part-time support professional to provide high-quality care and assistance to clients across various locations.
The Support Work You'll Be Doing May Include:- Providing personal care and support with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Assisting with household tasks and light housekeeping.
- Providing transportation to appointments and helping with shopping.
- Supporting clients with their medication needs.
- You must be able to connect with people and possess a patient and solution-focused approach.
- Prior experience in aged or community care is beneficial but not essential. We welcome candidates looking to start their career in this field.
- You will require a valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle (minimum third-party property insurance).
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support would be highly desirable.
As a condition of employment, you will need to undergo a police check, functional assessment, provide two professional references, and demonstrate proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
