Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to join our team at the Kwinana Upgrade Project.
This is a fast-paced project where you will have the opportunity to deliver a variety of tasks while learning new skills.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking timekeeping checks and assisting with timesheet submission
- Assisting with Human Resources documentation
- Assisting with credit card expenses and reimbursements
- Maintaining an onsite roster
- Maintaining Stationery
- Document control - client transmittals
- Providing support to Commercial / Quantity Surveying with data entry as required
- Supporting the project with any adhoc administration requirements
- Raising Supply Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Supporting Health & Safety team with adhoc administration as required
- Supporting Senior Administrator as required
Key details:
- Excellent Competitive Salary
- Monday to Friday work schedule
- Approximately 12 months+ work commitment
