- Manage a consistent and stable team of Educators
- Act as Nominated Supervisor for the service
- Oversee operations during vacation care and manage administrative workload
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Role: Provide vision, direction, and motivation to a team of Educators.
Team Management: Ensure effective recruitment, induction, training, and performance management of staff members.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing budgets, resources, and logistics.
Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality, safety, and well-being of children in care.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including families, colleagues, and external partners.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD): Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices to ensure ongoing professional growth.
