Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, streamlining invoicing processes, and analyzing monthly revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesReporting and Analysis
  1. Ensure accurate revenue recognition by streamlining invoicing processes and analyzing monthly revenue.
  2. Review timesheets and finalize monthly billing.
  3. Prepare and present reports on revenue to FP&A global teams.
Process Improvement
  • Improve the billing process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to issue invoices on time.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance or a related business discipline.
  • Experience working with teams globally, adhering to tight deadlines, and working under pressure.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience and understanding of accruals, revenue recognition, AR activities, and financial reporting to deliver accurate and meaningful results.
