About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive assessment, nursing care, and evaluation of care for our clients with complex health needs. You will work collaboratively with clients, carers, Care Advisors, and Allied Health professionals to develop holistic nursing care plans.

  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients in their homes, adhering to best practice nursing procedures.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, manage dressings, medication, and catheter changes.
  • Develop and implement individualised nursing care plans in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with multiple parties to maintain client-centred care and promote overall health and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate nursing experience, including clinical assessments using PAS and RUDAS.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and sound computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
