Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and lead a safe working environment
  • Provide management and site/plant guidance and leadership
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver quality products to market in a timely manner
  • Manage and control raw materials/finished goods ensuring the business unit meets budgetary requirements
  • Administer and manage all reporting via SAP business system
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead staff, allocate tasks, coach, monitor, and mentor
  • Ability to engage teams to create a can-do attitude and CI expectation
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised, while also able to lead and work within a team environment
  • Compliance to all training requirements/management
  • Good communication processes through team communication meetings/toolbox meetings
Requirements
  • Experience in managing a manufacturing/production facility
