The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel administration and logistics, supporting the security procurement and equipment teams, preparing project and financial documentation, and managing a maintenance schedule including asset replacement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage travel administration and logistics, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
  • Support the Security procurement and equipment teams in managing contracts, procurements, and budget, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth procurement rules.
  • Prepare project and financial documentation, including reports and presentations, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage a maintenance schedule, including asset replacement, to ensure optimal equipment utilization and minimize downtime.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP and contract management.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement processes and Commonwealth procurement rules.
  • Strong task prioritization and resource management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
