We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our production process, responsible for the setup and maintenance of dies and moulds essential to our operations.

As a member of our production team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient operation of our machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, adjust and maintain dies and moulds for pipe production machinery.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot dies to guarantee they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to facilitate proper die changes and adjustments during the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor equipment performance and execute necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and waste.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Die Setter.
  • Forklift license & Overhead Crane operating license essential.
  • Knowledge working in PVC environment preferred.
  • Knowledge in Fault-finding & Mould changes.
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency in machine operations and maintenance.
  • Technical training or certification is preferred.
