The Property/Management Accountant plays a key role in the finance team, providing high-quality financial reports and business partnering support to senior management and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate completion of Financial Reports, including month-end analysis and commentary for different assets.
- Presentation of financial reports to senior management and clients.
- Value-adding business partnering to senior management, centre teams, and clients.
- Quality and timely preparation of Annual Budget and Business Plan with presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Quarterly forecast delivery by partnering with centre management stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and providing financial insights.
- Identification of opportunities to improve processes, monthly reporting, and analytical tools to add value to decision-making.
- Driving continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting modules.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance.
- Immediate or short notice availability.
- Suitability for a 2nd time mover out of Big 4, but open to strong first-time movers.
- Excellent interpersonal/business partnering skills.
- Property experience highly regarded but not required.
