Architectural Designer

Opportunities abound for an accomplished Architectural Designer to create and develop captivating designs for theme parks, themed restaurants, and hotels.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Architectural fields and experience in multiple phases of the design process.
Key responsibilities include drafting drawings according to specifications, developing schematic/technical diagrams in AutoCAD, and coordinating modifications to drawings.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, REVIT, RHINO, and BLENDER is required. Additionally, technical knowledge in architectural and steel construction is necessary.
Responsibilities also include:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Architectural fields
- Theme park related experiences or themed restaurant/hotel experiences
- Proven experience in multiple phases of theme park architectural design process
- High level of fluency with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, REVIT, RHINO, and BLENDER
- Technical knowledge in architectural and steel construction
- Good command of English in writing, speaking, and reading
- Able to multitask and work under tight timeline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
