We are seeking an experienced mechanic to join our Workshop Team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing Council's plant and associated equipment to ensure it is maintained to a safe, efficient, and serviceable condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake servicing and repairs of Council's plant and associated equipment
  • Ensure equipment is maintained to a safe, efficient, and serviceable condition
  • Work collaboratively with the Workshop Team to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Automotive Trade Certificate (Heavy or Light Vehicle Mechanic) or equivalent qualification
  • Current Class MR driver's license
  • Current forklift license
  • Proven experience in maintaining a diverse range of vehicles and heavy plant machinery
