About this role:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Respect Aged Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving nourishing meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, ensuring all residents receive excellent care.
- Provision of special dietary requirements for residents, as specified by the dietician or clinical care team.
- Ordering of stock items and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Documenting and implementing the Food Safety Program in partnership with the Chef Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Food Handling Course.
- Certificate relevant to the role (e.g. Certificate III Hospitality – Commercial Cookery).
- Current National Police Certificate.
