Senior Educator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional educational programs for children aged six weeks to five years. This is a unique opportunity to shape the lives of young children during their crucial developmental years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a proven track record of leading teams and improving teaching practices. They will be responsible for collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
